PSYCHOTHERAPY - ADULTS/ADOLESCENTS - CAPE TOWN
I aim to create a therapeutic space that feels thoughtful, collaborative, and non-judgemental. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, disconnected from themselves, or unsure why they are struggling in the ways that they are. Therapy can offer space to slow down, reflect, and begin understanding these experiences differently.
PSYCHOLEGAL
I provide psycholegal assessment and evaluation in both criminal and family law matters. My work is grounded in clinically sound, evidence-based practice, with a focus on producing clear, objective reports suitable for legal proceedings.
In criminal matters, I conduct assessments relating to violent offences, sexual offences, fraud, and risk. These evaluations consider relevant psychological, behavioural, and contextual factors, and are structured to assist the court in understanding issues such as risk, functioning, and mitigating or aggravating factors where applicable.
In family law matters, I provide assessments in respect of care and contact, residence, and parenting plans, as well as involvement in mediation processes. All evaluations are conducted in accordance with the best interests of the child standard, with careful consideration of family dynamics and developmental needs.
Reports are prepared for court use and, where required, I am available to provide expert opinion and testimony.

I work with adolescents and adults, as well as couples and families. Together, we create a collaborative space where you can deepen your self-understanding, strengthen your relationships, and develop healthier ways of coping and relating.
